Pokemon Hurt/Heal ~ Ghost Types

Each Pokemon starts with 10 HP. Every time you post, you hurt a Pokemon and heal a Pokemon. For healing, you can heal one Pokemon 1 HP. For hurting, you can either hurt one Pokemon 2 HP, or hurt two Pokemon, each 1 HP.

So, you could hurt Mismagius (-2) and heal Shuppet (+1)
Or hurt Mismagius (-1) and hurt Duskull (-1) and heal Shuppet (+1)

Make sure you copy the list in to your post and change the HP according to what you did so we can know how much HP they have.
